Car Park

Address: Enter via 44 Bouverie Street, Carlton, VIC.

Carpark Location: Level 1, 70C

(From inside the building 555 Swanston Street: Use FOB to go to level 1, Walk out of the lift, turn left through the door and the car space is at the 2nd spot right outside the door, car space 70C)

Carpark Remote: Please collect carpark remote inside the apartment 1611 (Instructions and passcode available on day of check-in at 3pm for current guest safety reason). Carpark remote to be returned to the apartment upon checking out.

Drive Entrance

Getting into the car park

  1. Enter via the North Entry gate located at 44 Bouverie Street (Beside iCake shop)

  2. Press button 1 on the remote to open the first roller door and drive inside.

  3. Press button 2 on the remote to open the 2nd roller door and drive inside until the

    waiting area outside the car lifts (2 lifts in operation).

  4. Press button 3 to call lifts and drive carefully into the relevant lift that opens.

  5. Inside the car lift, use FOB to swipe against the big proximity black box and press

    level 1 on the keypad.

  6. The car lift door should close. Once at level 1, the car lift doors will open.

  7. Drive out, turn left twice and then park your car at space 70C.

    Getting out of the car park

  8. Drive the car out of the car space and turn left and around until the waiting area.

  9. Press button 4 on the remote to call lifts.

  10. Once the lift door opens, drive into the car lift. There is nothing to do, no buttons or

    remote/fob to use anymore. The lift will go down to level LG.

  11. Once the car lift door opens, drive the car out and stop at the line behind the large

    roller door (there are pressure sensors in the floor which will trigger the opening of

    the doors)

  12. Once the roller door pulls up, drive towards the left until your left wheels are on the

    marked box on the left. This will automatically open the last set of roller doors.

  13. Drive out onto Bouverie Street through the South Exit gate (note this is a different

    gate to the Entry gate)

    **Please do not park in any other car spaces. You will be responsible for any penalties or fines imposed by Building Management.*

    Please drive carefully at all times in the car park, the car lifts as well as the driveways as you will be responsible for any damage caused to other vehicles, the building and car lifts.**
