The first switch by the entrance acts as “MAIN” light switch.
Air Conditioning - If the air-con remote doesn't turn the air con on (beeping sound comes on), please use a pin to reset the remote control. This should fix the problem and the air-con should turn on again.
Clothes Washer & Dryer - The switches in laundry area has to be turned on in order for the washer and dryer to turn on and exhaust fan. Please turn off all the switches after using to avoid noises in the apartment.
The Washing Machine - Put detergent in the left tray, softener in the middle tray. Choose Quick 30 Program.
The Clothes Dryer - To operate the clothes dryer, please close the dryer door and Press the Button on the door. Choose the settings on the dryer according to your preference and press the start(play) button. Please remove the lint filter and clean after use.
Balcony Door
The balcony door may be closed tight but is not permanently locked. Ensure it is unlocked, then use some force to pull open.
Rubbish Chute
The rubbish chute is located opposite the lifts. This chute is for general rubbish only and ensure rubbish thrown are tied in a small plastic bag as provided in the apartment in the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink.
